We are well established in the supply and installation of high quality woodburning and multifuel stoves, whether you’re after a freestanding, inset or boiler stove. We offer a complete service from the initial free survey of your home, with impartial help and advice on choosing your appliance, preparation of the chamber and chimney and any associated building works and then the installation of the appliance followed by the final HETAS certification and sign-off.
We will arrange a convenient appointment for our surveyor to visit your home to gather the required information including measurements, property construction details, current appliance information. They will also discuss with you any requirements or suggestions that you might have, also a huge part is gathering ideas from you, whether you have any photographs, magazines or brochures that show us what you imagine the finished item to resemble. We will always do our utmost to meet your expectations, however, sometimes we are limited due to the regulations, if this is the case then we will tell you.
Choosing your New Stove
Choosing the right stove is important factor, our qualified experts will assist you in making an informed decision. To help you choose we have over 65 stoves on display in our showroom, which you are welcome to come and see, play with and gauge the feel and quality of the different stoves, we also have 8 stoves on live display. Our experts are on hand for your questions, to provide advice and also to demonstrate the controls and specific features of any of the stoves. We will always recommend a selection of stoves that would be suitable following your free home survey, if you do not find any of the recommendation appealing, then please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Now you have decided on your choice of stove and the works you wish us to carry out we will book a mutually convenient date for the works to commence, this is generally 2-4 weeks allowing time for all the components to arrive, most HETA stoves are made to order in the factory in Denmark, so you need to allow enough time if you are scheduling other works or undergoing in larger project. We will ofcourse try our best to meet any deadlines that you may have. Please note during the winter months, lead times can increase dramatically and supply of popular stoves can become short.

Your stove will have a warranty period and we are approved to undertaken warranty works if this is ever required.
